About Bradfield HR
Established for over 25 years, we have strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors including transport, retail, leisure and tourism, hospitality and social enterprises.
We have extensive experience of managing day to day HR activities such as contracts, documentation, policies and processes as well as handling recruitment and employee relations. We also provide strategic level HR advice to Boards and Senior Management Teams as well as carrying out HR projects such as TUPE, redundancy and restructuring.
All of our specialists are practising HR professionals with a minimum of Associate level membership to the CIPD meaning that they have constantly renewing examples of best practice in action. We have varying levels of HR experts within our business ranging from HR Managers through to Board level HR Advisors. This means that our clients have access to all of our HR expertise no matter the level of their assigned HR Consultant.
Bradfield HR is part of the wider Bradfield Group who have been a trusted partner of the CIPD for over two decades delivering qualifications and consultancy internationally to both public and private sector organisations.
Meet The Team
Caroline Griffiths
Managing Director
I founded Bradfield HR Ltd in 1989 after ten years in the HR profession. I wanted to recognise the need for competent HR in SMEs and start-ups in Cambridge, which is my hometown, and the surrounding area.
The growth in business parks and investment that was being made in the biotech and pharma industries certainly indicated the existence of a market for HR consultancy and services at that time. My role has been to grow this business across the South East of England and London, adding Bradfield Learning and Development as a sister company in 1999, which provides CIPD, management qualifications and tailored training across our portfolio of UK based HR clients and across the Gulf States where we have been integral to the development of the HR profession.
I have a Master’s Degree in HR from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies and I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
My role is to lead and grow the Group, but I also advise clients on HR employee relations issues. I have worked with clients across a wide variety of sectors including transport, construction, manufacturing, the public sector, oil and gas, hotels, retail, and airlines. I live in East London with my husband and three children, spending weekends out of town as much as possible at our second home in Whitstable in Kent.
Anna Craig
Managing Consultant
I have been with Bradfield HR since 2018 and have my CIPD Level 7 qualification and a MA in Human Resource Management. Prior to Bradfield my background was within the Financial and professional services sectors.
I provide HR advice and support to a range of our clients across the UK and I also work closely with our Canadian and American clients on how best to operate their business from within the UK.
I pride myself on relationship building, and taking the time to understand the individual needs of the organisation so that I can tailor my advice accordingly, including working on-site with clients when necessary.
I also provide additional HR support including conducting HR audits and advising on restructures, employee relations issues, employee contracts, company handbooks, changes to terms and conditions of employment and payroll. I live in south west London with my husband and two children.
Engin Mustafa
Director of Learning & Development
Engin is responsible for the strategic direction of Bradfield Consulting Group’s Learning & Development Division. Additionally, he holds an advisory role for Bradfield HR Division.
Working with HR consultants, he is able to provide a logical and structured approach to identifying learning needs, designing and delivering solutions, and evaluating learning programmes.
His focus is to ensure that the provision of learning and development solutions links to business strategy and that their application provides a return on investment.
Engin also advises on complex employment law issues, having both published and taught in the field of employment law. He has a degree in law, a postgraduate diploma in HR, a master’s in education, and a postgraduate certificate in education. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a fellow of the Society for Education and Training, and a qualified teacher.
Colin O’Kane
Managing Consultant
Colin has 14 years of experience in the HR field, having worked in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, tourism, and airline sectors.
Colin joined Bradfield in January 2022 and has been an HR generalist qualified as an Associate CIPD member since 2004. He previously worked for the company between 2011 and 2016 and has re-joined us to continue his career.
Colin advises on a range of HR matters, from recruitment, employment contracts, and onboarding to day-to-day people management, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, and employee relations, including restructures, redundancies, and termination of employment and settlement agreements.
Colin also rejoins us as a qualified level 1 immigration advisor and will be supporting the company and clients on immigration matters, including advice on sponsorship license and visa applications.
Tamer Michael
Digital Marketing Specialist
Digital marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in digital marketing and content making. Established a profound knowledge of the online advertising market, including native, programmatic, mobile, and content, delivered growth on Bradfield’s KPIs and budgets
Tamer developed and implemented SEO and PPC strategies, enriching websites and improving important metrics such as keywords, traffic, goals, conversions, and revenue. Working across international markets, including the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Maria Marquez
Finance Administrator
Background in Environmental Science; Degree in Environmental Science and Masters in Biodiversity Management taken in the University of Murcia (Spain) In London, I worked with London Life Trust as an environmental educator volunteer and was also part of some projects in food waste Management.
I started working in finance six years ago, started being a finance assistant in insurance, was a credit controller for a real estate agent, was a client accountant at my last job, and was promoted to finance manager at another estate agent.
To sum up, 6 years in finance, 2 in the insurance market, 3 in the property market, and nearly a year with Bradfield Group, from Accounts Assistant to Finance Manager AAT3 student at present. I love nature, traveling, and dancing. I would describe myself as a team player who is dedicated and always willing to overcome new challenges.
